Menu Venice in Christmas 2008
Our Design restaurant La Rivista, is glad to publish the new menu for Christmas 2008 in Venice for those who will enjoy our dishes in those days, the menu is available from dinner of the 24th and lunch and dinner of the 25th.

Aperitif with small pre-dinner Warm artichokes and shrimps tartelettes and light fondue with truffle scented olive oil
Pigeon and cottage pie with red chicory of Treviso
Tangerine sorbet Pork chops with chestnut cream
Zabajon “Semifreddo” with vanilla sauce
Wines: Cabernet Sauvignon Cecchetto and Rosso Riserva Vignalta
